The rod arrived today as you said in mint condition,the colour is an added bonus .

I took a chance letting my wife go into the garage and hunt amongst my rods for it, i think I got away with it though
On a serious note I think these were the last Sharpes rods to be made at Glass (Huntly) the name was then bought by somebody in Burtntisland, then the name was sold on to the guy who runs the bow fishery just outside Huntly, rods now come from China though.
